If there are any quality issues with your order, please send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will happily send a replacement or refund free of charge.
Refunds and exchanges are accepted upon request within 14 days of delivery (please send us a message first). The receiver will be responsible for sending the product back to the address on the package and will be required to show proof of shipment in order to receive a full refund.
Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days. Please note that we do require a few extra days for processing- typically 2-7 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
